Holy Work Around Batman!

HA! I wrote a post to let everyone know ( brag about my genius)  that I created a wiki and invited my students to it so they could "blog." It worked. I got this technology business. Oh yeah...I am aware of what an innocent search on the web can produce. I hold my breath and keep one eye closed whenever I click on the magnifying glass. So, I'm trying to set up blogging (kind of) and everything was going according to plan. Student had nicknames, laptops and I created a way they could make comments on our class webpage without having the password to the page. Yippie! I tried it out at home. It worked!!!! The Next IT generation....Oh yeah!

 So. We get our classmates computers. Whoohoo! Um hold up...I have get them all up and running   by    my    self ! Okay so I didn't technically have to set them up myself but if I wanted to use them as soon I got them in my hot little hands (of course!) then I had to do it alone...or did I?  Call me crazy but I figured, I had thirteen eagar boys and girls who could set the computers up if I showed them how. That's right, my fresh off the first grade hall second graders set up those computers...

Is there an app for that?

    I have found during the last few months that although I am not a technology native, I can do pretty well with a manual in my lap. I can remember using a rotary phone and even telling the operator the number I needed to be connected to when I lived near Woodland, Georgia when I was a child. I am in my late thirties.
